PERMITRACK HIGHWAY WORK PERMIT SYSTEM
No work shall be performed within the DOT ROW when NYSDOT is performing Snow and Ice operations
Notice to all Charge Code customers: Beginning January 1, 2026, NYSDOT will no longer accept payment of permit fees using Charge Codes. Applicants for Highway Work Permits will be required to pay permit fees by credit card or by e-check through PermiTrack
All credit card and e-check users will be charged a non-refundable 2.99% service fee on their statement.
